Minnesota’s Sixth-Grade Curriculum Is Indoctrination
This crap has absolutely nothing to do with education and everything to do with indoctrination and social engineering
A proposed revision to Minnesota’s sixth-grade social studies curriculum has sparked a heated debate by including topics such as “gay liberation” and “settler-colonialism.” While the Minnesota Historical Society frames these updates as an effort to provide a more inclusive and accurate portrayal of history. Bullshit. Absolute bullshit. Screw inclusiveness, they’re revising history and it is inaccurate regardless of what the liberals at the Minnesota Historical Society say. They’re woke, they don’t count as credible.
This crap has absolutely nothing to do with education and everything to do with indoctrination and social engineering and it’s bullshit. This is about the role of schools in shaping values and beliefs, they don’t get to have a say in that. Schools should teach factual history and cultivate critical thinking, rather than promoting political agendas or redefining societal norms for young children.
The controversy over Minnesota’s curriculum serves as a cautionary tale: educators must teach facts and only facts and stay the hell out of the social justice bullshit.
